David Bealby
Board President
Dave Bealby has been a full time Groveland resident and volunteer since retirement in 2016. Originally from Scotland, where he was born and raised in Edinburgh, he held various world-wide marketing and general manger positions with leading computer companies including HP and Compaq.
Barbara Klahn
Recording Secretary
Barbara has been a full time resident and volunteer in Groveland since her retirement as a student advisor from San Francisco State University in 2003. She has participated in numerous programs at The Little House such as Village on the Hill, Wheels, Donut Thursdays and she organized and led the Big Shoe Drive of 2020.
Paul Bunt
Vice President
Paul is a long-time local resident and attorney that specializes in Estate Planning, Probate, and Elder Care. He operates out of The Mountain Leisure Center in Groveland. He also leads free presentations at The Little House assisting people better understand Estate Planning and Planning for the future.
Linda Sarratt
Fundraising Director
Linda and her Husband moved to Pine Mountain Lake full-time after her retirement as a Charge Nurse for over 20 years in the ER. They are active members of the Evangelical Free Church on Ferretti. Her hobbies include golfing and being the best dog mom to her two Shih Tzus. You may see her at The Grill with her friends or outside Mar Val helping us sell our premium raffle tickets.
Joe Vautier
Treasurer
Joe has been a property owner in Pine Mountain Lake Association since 1973 and a full-time resident since 2009. Joe earned a BA in Accounting at CSU-East Bay and began his professional career as a CPA at Price Waterhouse & Co. in the Bay Area. Joe held several Corporate Controller/VP-Finance positions, primarily in the insurance industry, and retired in 2009 after 36 years.
